Joanna was so helpful in this next step for my grandmother, she was there every step of the way. Any issue or assistance she provided an excellence experience and was very knowledgeable in what she was doing. I could never thank her enough for her assistance in all of this.

After feeling dizzy, I had a tumble. I needed physical therapy after a stay in a post-acute facility. Ginalyn helped me get all of my electronics and gadgets set up so my phone would charge. Mason, was such a sweet boy and wonderful administrator. Anna was the most wonderful nurse, she held my hand when I received the devastating news that my beloved schnauzer passed away after 22 wonderful years. The physical therapy challenged me but did so with love. I really can’t say enough about this place.

**I would not recommend Oak Glen Post Acute to anyone that ACTUALLY likes their loved one.** My grandfather arrived on 8/11/26 after surgery, and his care over the next several days was completely unacceptable. His pain medication was repeatedly late, sometimes by hours. He received no shower, no initial physical therapy, and during his ENTIRE stay, no one came to assist him with using the restroom. I raised these concerns with supervisor Jojo and gave the facility multiple chances to fix them. By 8/13, he STILL had not received a shower or started physical therapy. Jojo herself seemed surprised when I told her. I specifically asked that his medication be given on time, that he receive a shower, and that PT begin. I was assured it would be handled. He finally received ONE physical therapy session on 8/14, three days after arriving. The medication and restroom-assistance problems continued. He was only offered a shower after I complained AGAIN by text, and by then it was nearly 6 p.m. Once I said we were removing him, suddenly I started receiving calls from higher-ups. Where was that concern during the previous three days? The facility itself also looked dirty and neglected, with dying plants and poorly maintained grounds. Apparently, the property was once an orphanage, and unfortunately it really did feel like a place where people are sent and forgotten. The final straw came on 8/15 when my husband picked him up. The head nurse reportedly yelled at and belittled my husband, loudly talked about him to another nurse in the hallway, and accused him of STEALING A WHEELCHAIR THAT WE BROUGHT WITH US. We were told this behavior was because we were taking my grandfather out against medical advice. That is no excuse for treating a patient’s family that way. If the facility was genuinely concerned about my grandfather’s well-being, that concern should have shown through timely medication, hygiene, restroom assistance, rehabilitation, and basic compassionate care FROM DAY ONE—not suddenly when we decided to leave. My husband also asked when my grandfather had last received his pain medication and was not given an answer. He requested aftercare paperwork and was not provided with it. Thankfully, his insurance case manager helped us afterward. We complained repeatedly and gave this facility several opportunities to correct the situation. Nothing changed enough for us to feel comfortable leaving him there. Based on our experience, I would NEVER trust Oak Glen Post Acute with someone I love.

I fell and fractured my femur. The surgeon placed a rod inside my femur, then I was sent to Oak Glen Post Acute. I was scared, didn’t know what to expect, but administration, nurses, CNAs, maintenance personnel, everybody there made me feel welcomed. I remained there almost 3 months and the entire time everyone took such good care of me, even in my “down” moments. If I should ever have another issue in the future, this is where I’d want to go! I love and miss them all.

I’d like to say thank you to each and every one of the staff at Oak Glen Post Acute, from the initial meeting all the way thru to his discharge they were kind, respectful and most of all helpful to my husbands every need. That attention to every detail did not go unnoticed and I very grateful to each of you.

My father was sent there to get rehabilitation from congestive heart failure. When he left the hospital he was up, walking and eating. The rehab just let him sleep all day. They didn’t get him up and he lost 7lbs in a week. He lost ground and went backwards since staying there. He is now on hospice. So words to the wise, don’t send your loved ones there unless you want them to get worse.

Choosing a skilled nursing facility is a very hard decision to make sometimes. From the very first day I arrived, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. The entire staff at OAK GLEN POST ACUTE didn’t just welcome my family and me; they truly treated us like family. The nurses and aides here are absolute angels. They don’t just handle the medical stuff—they take the time to sit, chat, and really get to know us. It’s those little moments of genuine kindness that mean the world to us. Plus, the therapy team has been phenomenal, celebrating every single milestone with me. The communication is wonderful, and most importantly, I slept easily at night knowing that I was in the best possible hands. I can’t recommend them enough. My mother was admitted to Oak Glen Post Acute after suffering a broken hip, and I can’t say enough about the care she received during her stay. From the moment she arrived, the staff made her feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely cared for. The nursing team was attentive and compassionate, always taking the time to explain her care and check on her regularly. The physical therapy staff were especially wonderful—they encouraged her, supported her progress, and played a huge role in helping her regain strength and confidence after her injury. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere felt welcoming rather than clinical. Communication with our family was consistent, which gave us peace of mind during a stressful time. Recovering from a broken hip is not easy, but thanks to the team at Oak Glen Post Acute, my mom made steady progress and felt supported every step of the way. Jojo, Sabrina, Dulce, Omar, and the entire team were exceptionally caring, empathetic, and respectful. My mother can be difficult to care for, yet they provided her with the utmost dignity and kindness. We are so grateful for the level of heart they put into their work.

My father ended up needing a Skilled Nursing Facility after a fall. We chose Oak Glen Post Acute for its proximity to our home, but we were pleasantly surprised by the care dad received. The staff is very friendly, and showed genuine care and concern for my father during the 10 weeks he was there. Each and every one takes what they do very seriously. Jojo, Sabrina, Ginalyn, Reyna, Jessica, Laurie, Sarah, Joan, Grace, Hale, Maria, Crystal, Ariana, Ray, the OTs, the PTs, transportation staff, Certified Nursing Assistants were all wonderful. If you find yourself in a position to need a SNF, I would definitely recommend this one.

I stayed for about 30 days and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The staff went out of their way every day to make sure my every need was met. I came in with a serious health issue, and am going home a much better man. I hope that I never need their services again, but if me or my Family ever do, I would choose Oak Glen Acute Care again. Oak Glen Post Acute is like home away from home. All the staff are wonderful. My husband stayed there for almost 2 months with severe pain on his back due to a fall and could hardly walk. Ray, the Physical Therapist and his team made my husband stronger and soon was able to walk without the aid of a walker. A big thank you! We also want to thank other wonderful and diligent staff for making my husband comfortable during his stay at the facility: Feb, Joy, Eric, Monina, Jessica, Hail, Mark, May, Lupe, Erin, Ferdie, and Omar. We apologize if we unintentionally missed to name all involved. Lastly, the 3 ladies who made everything possible: Jojo, Admission Liaison, was very pleasant and welcoming at all times; Dulce, Case Manager, who patiently explained the process of my husband’s stay and discharge at the facility; and Ginalyn, Marketing Director, who has a good and a compassionate heart; we’ll forever be grateful to her. I cannot say enough positive things about this rehab center. From day one, the staff made me feel respected and understood. The therapists were highly skilled and truly invested in my recovery. The program was structured but flexible enough to meet individual needs. The facility itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Most importantly, I left with real tools to maintain my body strong and rebuild my life. I’m incredibly grateful and would recommend this center to anyone who is serious about recovery to start a new journey in life.

I got the pleasure of speaking with one of the nurses who had been there almost a year in the short time my father was at this facility. Their conditions are terrible no lunch, overtime hours, double shifts and too many patients at a time I often ask myself if that’s safe for two single nurses in a 60 bed facility? My dads care was okay the nurses don’t have time to understand his neeeds and he was in his room alone most of the day I wish we never brought him here.

The staff is wonderful and very caring. My Mother received the best care and she has come a long way. The facility is very clean and the meals served are great also. Jojo Morsa was such a great and caring person and was a great comfort during our time of need. She goes above and beyond in all that she does for the patients and family members.

My friend is there and I’m glad cuz it’s the best place around. The nurses are very polite and go out of their way to make you comfortable.

We had our 80 yr old Mom in 2 other Post Acute Nursing facilities and this one was the 3rd and I told my sister and my Mom “3rd times a charm” as Im always the positive one and Thank God we did. Oak Glen post acute has been amazing with our Mom, she had fallen and broke her hip, went thru surgery and needed round the clock care and Physical Therapy. If God forbid we go thru this again with any of our family members…we will come here 1st!!! Jo jo and her staff are amazing, very friendly and easy to talk to. I want to go JoJo and dolce I have brought me through a lot with this situation that I’ve been in and after everybody or everything said and done, they’ve been very helpful at helping me get everything accomplished that I needed to get accomplished as being a POA for Johnny Gallup to To help me get through a lot with this and I would recommend that if you want anybody to come to Cherry Valley rehab poster care That they see Dorsey and JoJo they will be the ones to help them the most here at the facility. The nurses aids I need help to take care of things, but after all that this has been the best that I’ve learnt I appreciate everything that they’ve done for me and that they’re helping me to do by bringing him back home

Oak Glen Post Acute is wonderful. Don’t let the old exterior fool you. The staff here are all wonderful people. Jojo is the best administrator looking out for everyone. Dulce case manager is excellent , all the nurses and aids are very friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff is very cordial and Ray and Mike in the Inhouse PT unit did a wonderful job with my father who broke his hip but is leaving today walking under his own power… The Best Place for Rehab is definitely Oak Glen Post Acute Center.

My mom had a bad fall and broke her shoulder, she was actually on the ground for two days before she could get help. She ended up needing a full reverse shoulder replacement, which thankfully went really well. But after the surgery, she needed 24-hour care since her body was so weak from everything she’d been through. The team at Oak Glen Post Acute was incredible. They held a room for us while we worked through the referrals, stayed in constant contact during her surgery, and made sure she got the care she needed right away. My mom absolutely loved her time there, the nurses, physical therapists, and caretakers were all amazing. I can’t say enough good things about Oak Glen, Jojo, Dulce, and the rest of the staff. They helped my mom regain her strength and confidence so she could finally come back home. If you or someone you know needs post-acute care, definitely give them a call. My mom is already counting down the days until she can bake cookies and bring them over to thank the whole team in person. Huge thank you again to everyone at Oak Glen!
